The Brief

To move the Sales function from a temporary marketing suite to a permanent home set within the heart of the development. Customers were to be directed to the Marketing Suite via a long entrance driveway in a swift and safe manner to the Sales Arena.

The Solution

An on site meeting was organised to identify the areas where signage could be utilised to successfully direct customers into the development. Artwork was produced to ensure that the signage was informative, inviting and on brand, ensuring that it was clearly visible from the entrance.

The Result

Directional signage and flags were used to map out the customer journey into the development. Thereafter, gable end signage using stand off lettering was installed for maximum impact from the entrance, vinyls installed on the glass windows, car parking signage alongside welcome signage all combined to create a warm and inviting Sales Arena for Stewart Milne Homes.
