The Brief
To convert a double garage, which is tucked back from the main line of sight upon entering the development into an inviting Sales Arena, which is easily accessible and provides a lasting impression on all potential customers.
The Solution
Design concepts, artwork and drawings were all commissioned to bring the vision of this “new look marketing suite” to life! Wooden panelling was designed, chalky paint colours selected and bespoke wooden furniture manufactured.
A large model base was constructed, with a multi purpose of showcasing the scale model of the development and providing hidden storage.
Signage was designed to lift the design of the room as well as provide informational and directional messaging to every visitor.
The Result
A fully projected managed Marketing Suite which provides a welcoming entrance to the development and sets the tone for the customer journey at The Templars. In addition, the Sales Team have a bespokely designed, contemporary working environment which has the “wow” factor!
The team at Eady Signs have played an integral role in transforming the look of our Marketing Suites. No task is too much trouble for Nathan, he has projected managed every aspect from our new panelled feature wall, bespoke furniture and high-quality signage. Not only are we are delighted with the result but our visitors have repeatedly commented at how inviting the space is!
